The perfect stumper grinder, mounted on "Theresa" our 4 wheel drive 50hp Allis Chalmers tractor. The stumper grinder does it's thing and then "Theresa" turns around and can regrade the resultant chips or load them in a truck and then regrade with loam for a 100% finished job.

Hurricane Gloria deposited the right leader of this Red Oak on a customer's house. I had talked to him the previous year about cabling the tree, but he had just retired and it was not in the budget.

We removed as much brush and small wood as possible, but still had a 20' long section of the trunk. Underneath the tree was a very important Japanese Garden. We had to lift the trunk up from the stump, turn it around and "float" it 30 feet away from the house and over the garden before we could land it.

"Leon", our 92" Tree Spade digging a hole in the winter. The dark earth at the top of the hole is 8" of frost. "Leon" doesn't even feel 6" of frost, he breathes a little harder with 8" of frost and we don't even know how much frost will stop him.

The city Forester wanted to create a better screen for city maintenance garage. The arborvitae provided a decent screen but a more complete screen was desired, as well as to soften the effect of the chain link fence.

A screen of White Pines being planted for the City of Springfield, MA. These trees were scattered throughout the park. The city Foresters decided that a better use for these trees would be to screen the city maintenance garages from the houses on the street in back of the chain link fence.
